Adaptive Industrial Production

The Bayern Digital future strategy is designed to address the current trend towards digitisation. Numerous companies, research institutes and universities are working together to play a key role in shaping these developments and thus open up new future opportunities for Bavaria. The ZfT is part of this initiative and works on aspects of adaptive industrial production.
Detailed project description
In this project, the Center for Telematics is investigating the following five focal points together with companies:
- Augmented Reality for intuitive user interfaces in production plants
- Predictive control approaches for interactive remote maintenance of machines
- Implementation of local adaptive robust control systems with microprocessors
- Combination of local autonomous reactions with remote control approaches
- Mobility in the digital factory

1 January 2015 - 31 December 2018
