In this context, please note that we are accordingly not obliged to monitor merely the transmitted or saved information of third parties, or investigate circumstances pointing to illegal activity. Our obligations to remove or block the use of information under generally applicable laws remain unaffected by this as per §§ 8 to 10 of the Telemedia Act (TMG).

Accountability for links

Responsibility for the content of external links (to web pages of third parties) lies solely with the operators of the linked pages. No violations were evident to us at the time of linking. Should any legal infringement become known to us, we will remove the respective link immediately.

Data protection statement

Basic information

The collection of data by ZfT is based on the information provided to us. ZfT needs this data regularly to carry out its business operations. If, for example, personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address) is collected either via trade fair visits or business contacts including e-mail or via the e-mail addresses provided on the website or the contact form, this is done on a voluntary basis. These data are processed in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) EU DSGVO for the fulfilment of a contract, for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or, if desired and permissible (with the consent given in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) EU DSGVO), for own marketing purposes and are not passed on to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned without your express consent. Authorized third parties who receive data may be, for example, affiliated companies or service providers. The provision of your personal data is not required by law. Contractual provision is only required if you yourself become a contractual partner, but it is regularly necessary for the execution of business operations and contractual processing in order to be able to communicate with you within the framework of the initiation or execution of the contract and to guarantee the processing.

The data is stored for the period and duration of pre-contractual measures or the business relationship or as long as you have an independent need for information from us. The stored data (usually name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number) will be deleted as soon as the purpose has ceased to exist and there are no legal tax, archiving or other obligations to the contrary. In the case of existing statutory obligations, deletion shall take place after the statutory periods have expired. These are usually 6 or 10 years.

ZfT points out that especially unencrypted data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can show security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed.

Access data

We, the website operator or page provider, collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see art. 6 par. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store these as server log files on the server of the website. The following data is logged in this way:

  • Visited Website
  • Time at time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you accessed the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to clarify cases of misuse. If data have to be deleted for reasons of evidence, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally resolved.

Collection and processing of personal data

The website operator only collects, uses and passes on your personal data if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data.

Personal information is any information that is used to identify you and which can be traced back to you, such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

You can also visit this website without providing any personal information. However, in order to improve our online offer, we store your access data to this website (without personal reference). This access data includes, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. By anonymizing the data, it is not possible to draw conclusions about your person.

Information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data transferability as well as revocation

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient as well as the purpose of data processing at any time. This includes a right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data transferability of these data, as far as there are no legal regulations to the contrary. If you have given us permission to collect and store your data, you have the right to revoke your permission to store the data at any time. The storage and collection of data remains legal until revoked. If you have any questions in this regard, you can contact the above-mentioned contact address or the data protection officer at any time.

Right of objection

Users of this website may exercise their right of objection and object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

If you wish to correct, block, delete or provide information about the personal data stored about you, or if you have any questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data, or if you wish to revoke your consent, please contact us at the following e-mail address:info(at)
